• All platform features, designs, and technology remain the property of MyStoryStarAI.
• You are responsible for ensuring your story content does not infringe on third-party rights (for example, using copyrighted characters).
• If you plan to publish or sell your book, you are responsible for checking any copyright or legal requirements.

• Please provide accurate details when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Break the law or harm others.
• Violate privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
• Disrupt the service with harmful software or attempts to hack.
• Run automated scripts, bots, or systems to misuse our service.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the billing cycle ends.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for unused time or credits.
• Credits expire monthly and cannot be carried over.

• Custom Books: Since every book is personalized, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Cancellations: Paid orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
• Damaged Items: If your printed book arrives damaged, report it within 2 days with photos for proof.
• Shipping: Customers must provide accurate addresses. We are not responsible for delays or losses once the carrier receives the shipment.
• Special Offers: Promotions may have extra conditions or expiry dates.

• Our services are provided only through the website.
• Subscribers may not copy, replicate, or build competing services with our system.
• Automated access (bots, scripts, scraping tools) is not allowed.
